9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date, and all materials will be delivered in their current state.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
