EMP Business offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you can explore all features and functionality without any charges. No payment information is required during the trial period.

2. Subscription and Payment

After the 7-day free trial, subscriptions are available through Google Play Store. All payments are processed securely through Google Pay. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless you explicitly choose to continue.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for EMP Business subscriptions are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy:

3.1 Automatic Refund Window

  • 48-hour window: You may be eligible for an automatic refund within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't used the app extensively.
  • Google Play's discretion: Google Play may approve refunds for technical issues or billing errors.

3.2 Manual Refund Requests

You may request a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorized charges: If you did not authorize the purchase
  • Technical issues: If the app is not functioning properly and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Service unavailability: If the service is down for extended periods beyond our control

4. Refund Process

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After extensive use of the app (beyond reasonable testing)
  • Change of mind after the 48-hour window
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Requests made after the subscription period has ended

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through Google Play: Manage your subscription in Google Play Store settings
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Cancellation timing: Cancel anytime to stop future charges - you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • Immediate effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
