EMP Business Terms of Service

1. EMP Business - Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EMP Business application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. EMP Business - Service Description

EMP Business is an employee management platform that provides:

• Employee profile management
• Attendance tracking with GPS location
• Task assignment and completion tracking
• Field service management
• Reporting and analytics
• Google review collection and management
• Customer database management for sales promotion

3. Subscription Plans

Our service is offered through monthly subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: ₹499/month for up to 3 employees
• Silver Plan: ₹799/month for up to 5 employees
• Gold Plan: ₹1,299/month for up to 10 employees
• Platinum Plan: ₹2,499/month for up to 25 employees

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Google Pay
• Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Respect employee privacy and data protection laws
• Not share account access with unauthorized users

6. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of your business data
• We implement security measures to protect your data
• Employee location data is used only for business purposes
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

EMP Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

• If you wish to delete your account or discontinue using EMP Business, you may request account deletion by emailing us at emp-support@nabutechnologies.in.
• Alternatively, you may simply uninstall the app at any time. Your credentials and account information will remain intact unless you request deletion.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
• Upon account deletion, access to the service will be discontinued.
• Data export options are available upon request prior to account deletion.
